Most prominently recognised for his association and current participation with the checkered Northamptonshire County Cricket Club, the 2008-born 18-year-old England cricketer is of Indian origin.
And truth be told, not just the way he comes into bowl but how he actually ends up bowling his spin deliveries has made news.
His is an action that is rather uncanny, to begin with or for starters. And the young lad who made his debut in first class cricket in England against Glamorgan has the sort of bowling action for a spinner, if you will, that is perhaps just as funny as it is worth noting.
