During a Press conference clip, posted by the official social media handle, Shubman Gill and Ashish Nehra talked about winning the title this season. Gill talked about playing fearless cricket and how the team is not afraid of facing any challenges the opponents bring forward, be it in the form of chasing or scoring big scores.

When asked about the contrast between emerging talent Ashok Sharma and seasoned campaigner Ishant Sharma, the Head Coach shared his perspective with conviction.

“From our point of view, Ishant is someone who needs no introduction. His experience speaks volumes, and we see him playing a crucial role in the upcoming season,” said Ashish Nehra.

“At the end of the day, humein doosre team se zyaade run banane hai” 😉, the social media post read.

The Titans will play their first match against the Kings at their home stadium in Mullanpur. Shubman Gill, who has not been a regular in the T20I squad and was not a part of the team for the World Cup, does not want to take any of the ill feelings forward and play the season with full intent.
