The Rajasthan Royals’ batting unit has been absolutely dismantled by the might of the Sunrisers Hyderabad debutant, Praful Hinge. Praful dismissed Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, Dhruv Jurel and L Pretorius off the very same over. In the next over another debutant was given the ball as Sakib Hussain was to bowl the over. He dismissed the dangerous Yashasvi Jaiswal as well and put the Rajasthan Royals on the backfoot.

The table toppers have displayed their strength in every match up till now but suddenly they have been caught off guard. For the first time this season, their top order has been dismissed so quickly and their middle order was exposed evidently. It will be a tough mountain to climb from here on in.

The Sunrisers Hyderabad had one of the most low rated bowling attacks going into the tournament and they were quite expensive in the initial games as well. Harshal Patel and Jaydev Unadkat were their lead pacers and they couldn’t perform as well as they would have wanted. So, the Sunrisers Hyderabad decided to change around their bowling unit by introducing two new pacers into their bowling unit; Praful Hinge and Sakib Hussain.

Praful Hinge is a right arm seamer from Vidarbha and he had built his reputation in red ball cricket. He was a promising young talent and he worked on his bowling along with Varun Aaron. He was given a chance when the Sunrisers Hyderabad had nothing to lose but everything to gain from here on in.

Praful Hinge was entrusted with the first over and he dismissed the dangerous Vaibhav Sooryavanshi with a fiery ball into his body. Then later on in the over, he got rid of an in-form Dhruv Jurel and L Pretorius. When he was brought back for his 2nd over, Riyan Parag smashed him for a boundary. In the very next ball, he bowled one wide of the off stump and Parag edged it straight to the slip fielder. He is the first bowler in the history of the Indian Premier League to pick 3 wickets in the debut over.

With such a strong start to the innings and the dangerous batters back in the hut, the Sunrisers Hyderabad will be confident that they can close out the innings well. Praful Hinge could be the bowler who will lead the bowling unit as he even set the field for his opening over. The resurgence of the Orange Army could well and truly be on the list.
