Rajasthan Royals prodigy Vaibhav Sooryavanshi opened up after winning five trophies for a staggering IPL 2026 season. Sooryavanshi was present in Ahmedabad for the IPL 2026 Final fought between the Royal Challengers Bengaluru and the Gujarat Titans, where the Bengaluru-based franchise defended their title by taking down their rivals by five wickets. In the presentation ceremony, Sooryavanshi opened up on recording a historic campaign and winning five major IPL trophies, including becoming the youngest ever player to win IPL Orange Cap.

Speaking to Ravi Shastri, Sooryavanshi said, “It feels good but I feel a bit under pressure having to give the interview.” The young lad also opened up on the tournament and said that every game cannot be the same, while revealing plans for the forthcoming season. The 15-year-old said he will work on his fitness in order to avoid injuries. “How to play each game, you can't play every game the same way. If I have to stay injury free I have to work on my fitness,” Sooryavanshi told Shastri. He also talked about the support he receives from senior players and said that everyone in the team is very supportive and backs him every time.
