It is a double header in the 2026 WT20 where South Africa are up against West Indies in the first game and India will be up against Zimbabwe in the evening fixture. But the first match is more important than the second game and every Indian fan is cheering for South Africa in this game as a win for South Africa will take the NRR out of the equation and India will then have to win the next two games and qualify. West Indies were put into bat first and started with 17 runs in the first over. But what followed was total dominance from South Africa in the powerplay. Let us look at how twitter reacted to this performance.

West Indies got off to a fast start as they were 29/0 at one stage after two overs. There were mixed emotions and Indian fans were feeling the heat. Kagiso Rabada who was out of form came in to bowl and picked up the wicket of Shai Hope immediately. The next ball Shimron Hetmyer tried to go over mid-on and the catch was dropped. In his second ball Hetmyer tried to leg side again and a catch went straight to short midwicket. It was a complete rollercoaster.
Kagiso Rabada should be awarded with 1 more cr from IPL franchise

Kagiso Rabada doing more for India as a bowler in this T20 World Cup than Washington Sundar.

In the fourth over Lungi Ngidi was greeted with a boundary by Brandon King and Ngidi bounced back by dismissing him. Roston Chase came into the crease and in the same over he was dismissed as Ngidi picked up two wickets in his first over.

There were plenty of boundaries and plenty of wickets in the powerplay. A few drop catches as well and West Indies lost 4 wickets for 52 runs at the end of the powerplay. Corbin Bosch came into the attack after powerplay and was greeted by Rutherford with a six but he picked up the wicket in the same over and South Africa were right on top. West Indies are currently struggling with seven wickets lost with less than 85 runs on the board. Indian fans and the team will be hoping for a South African win here.
