He said that the team had worked very hard over the last two to three seasons to reach the level they achieved last year.
Kohli also reminded the players that things will not get easier from here. In fact, he believes the challenge will only grow, as other teams will come better prepared and more determined to beat them this season. He stressed the importance of making the most of every training session.
According to him, the team cannot afford to waste even a single minute and must stay focused and disciplined at all times.
Kohli urged everyone in the squad to stay ahead by giving their absolute best effort.
He called on the players to give more than 100 percent and stay fully committed during the next two and a half months, which will be crucial for the team’s success.
