Even the might of Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Josh Hazlewood couldn’t hold off the teenager. He was simply smashing the bowlers for fun, and they didn’t seem to have an answer. Vaibhav Sooryavanshi was awarded the ‘Player of the Match’ award as he scored a mind-blowing 78 off just 26 balls, scoring 8 fours and 7 sixes, striking at 300. The Rajasthan Royals secured the win against the defending champions by 6 wickets, and it was their 4th win on the trot.

The Rajasthan Royals are in a very comfortable position in the league as they already have 8 points in their bag, and they will need to just win a couple more to qualify. Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Dhruv Jurel have carried their batting unit in the season so far,r and the depth of the Rajasthan batting unit is yet to be tested.
