The World Championship of Legends (WCL) is set to make its UAE debut with its third season scheduled from October 3 to 18, 2026. After two seasons in the United Kingdom, the tournament is moving to the UAE and will bring together several of cricketâs biggest retired stars. The upcoming edition will feature familiar names such as Yuvraj Singh, AB de Villiers, DJ Bravo, Shahid Afridi and Moeen Ali, while David Warner and Mohammad Mahmudullah are among the notable additions.
The tournament has also expanded its international representation with the inclusion of Bangladesh Champions. The previous two editions produced India Champions and South Africa Champions as winners, with both defeating Pakistan Champions in the respective finals. WCL Season 3 is expected to revive several familiar cricketing rivalries while giving fans an opportunity to watch some of the game's most recognisable former stars back in action. The organisers are positioning the UAE edition as a bigger spectacle following the league's first two seasons, with the tournament promising more legends, rivalries and entertainment. With Warner joining established WCL names such as Yuvraj and de Villiers, the third season is likely to attract significant attention from fans across the cricketing world.
