BGMI Lite pre-registration is now live in India. KRAFTON India has opened the registration for Android users from August 25, 2026. Players who are waiting for the lighter version of BGMI can now pre-register through the Google Play Store. For now, registration is only available for Android devices. iPhone and iPad users will have to wait, as KRAFTON has not announced the iOS registration date yet.
The company has also confirmed that the game is planned to launch in India by the end of 2026. However, the exact release date has not been announced.
How to Pre-Register for BGMI Lite?
The process is very simple for Android users. Players can visit the official Google Play Store page and register for the upcoming game.

KRAFTON India has confirmed that the game will have an initial download size of around 1GB. This should make it easier to download for players who have limited storage space on their phones.
The company has not given an exact BGMI Lite release date. It has only confirmed that the game is scheduled to arrive by the end of 2026.
Existing BGMI players will also not need to complete an account transfer before getting started with the new version.
What About iOS Users?
