The Free Fire World Cup 2026 (FFWC 2026) officially begins today, 15 July, with the opening day of the Group Stage in Paris, France. A total of 24 teams from around the world will begin their journey toward the world championship and a $1 million (around ₹8.5 crore) prize pool. Free Fire World Cup 2026 Group Stage Day 1 Schedule
Day 1 features 12 matches, with Group A playing the first six games and Group B playing the remaining six.

Tournament Format
The Group Stage will be played on 15 and 16 July, with all 24 teams divided into two groups of 12. Each group will play 12 matches over two days.
The top four teams from each group will qualify directly for the Grand Finals. Teams finishing 5th to 10th will move to the Survival Stage, while the bottom two teams in each group will be eliminated.
The Survival Stage will take place on 17 July, followed by the Grand Finals on 18 July, where the remaining teams will compete using the Champion Rush format.
