Jonathan has officially launched his own esports organization, Team Apex Gaming, on Sunday, marking a new chapter in his esports career. However, the 23-year-old has not revealed the BGMI lineup in the announcement video. Reports suggest he is set to reveal the BGMI lineup soon, featuring his former captain Jelly and other True Rippers players.
Jonathan’s Team Apex Gaming BGMI Lineup Leaks
According to the reports, Jonathan’s Team Apex Gaming is set to sign the True Rippers BGMI roster that secured the second rank in the BGMI International Cup and represented India at the PUBG Mobile Global Championship last year.
Team Apex Gaming BGMI lineup will include Jelly as IGL and four assaulters, including Jonathan, Hydro, Harsh, and KioLmao.
This is the True Rippers' current BGMI lineup, and the team has yet to announce the farewell, but strong reports suggest that the farewell post is coming, after which the TAG will announce their full roster.
This roster performed outstandingly well in 2025. They finished 2nd in the BGMI International Cup, represented India at the PMGC, and secured a podium finish in the Chennai Esports Global Championship.
Additionally, Jelly played with Jonathan for around a year when he was the captain of Godlike Esports from 2023 to 2024. However, his performance as a captain and as a player was not up to the mark in Godlike Esports.
However, the official announcement is yet to arrive from both of the parties. The official BGMI player transfer window will remain open till 26 April 2026. So the fans can expect the announcement before the closing.
If this happens, fans get to see this lineup performing for the first time in the highly anticipated Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2026, starting in May 2026. This is going to be a big stage for the team, as the top two teams from the tournament will get official invites in the PUBG Mobile World Cup 2026 at the Esports World Cup 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
