Following the announcement of the organisation's name, the fans were eagerly waiting to see the BGMI roster of the Team Apex Gaming, as the BGMI player transfer window is closing on 26 April 2026, and after that, no teams will be able to make changes.

Team Apex Gaming lineup reveal pushed back amid ongoing buyout discussions

According to the reports shared by “letsgrowesports,” Team Apex Gaming has been negotiating the buyout for almost a months still the talks haven't concluded.

He tweeted, “They’ve been negotiating the buyout for almost a month now and still haven’t come to a conclusion. Imagine expecting to buy out an entire team by paying just half of their total monthly package.”

“Now imagine you’re a new org trying to build a team. If you want a player, you’ve only got two options: buy them out or hope the org releases them and goes for a new team. Usually, most player contracts expire by the end of the month, and Krafton makes a smart move by setting the deadline on the 26th. But why does the org release them? They only do that if they’re not happy with the roster, but in this case, they are. And even if they aren’t, they already have another team ready to join. For the org, it’s a win-win. If the buyout goes through, they get paid and already have another team lined up ready to join them. If it doesn’t, they’re still fine keeping their current roster by extending the contracts”. He added.

Notably, the BGMI player transfer window is officially closing on 12 April 2026, and after that, all players will be locked in their teams for six months, so Team Apex Gaming has very little time remaining to conclude the buyout process.

Team Apex Gaming is reportedly willing to sign the True Rippers BGMI roster, including players like Jelly, Hydro, KioLmao, and Harsh. It will be exciting to see if Jonathan can pull off this buyout and announce the roster before April 26, 2026.
