The PMGC 2025 will take place from November 24 to December 14 in Thailand. The format features a total of four stages, including The Gauntlet, Group Stage, Last Chance, and Grand Finals.

The Gauntlet (November 24 - 26)

The Gauntlet will be the first stage of the tournament, where 16 qualified teams from each regional championship will compete in 18 matches over 3 days. The top 6 teams from the Gauntlet will qualify for the PMGC 2025 Grand Finals, while the rest of the teams will move to the Group Stage.

Group Stage (November 28 - 30 and December 2 - 4)

A total of 32 teams will compete in the Group Stage (remaining qualified teams from each region's PMGC points + 10 teams from The Gauntlet). These teams will be divided into 2 groups of 16 teams each, and every team will play 18 matches. The top 4 teams from each group (a total of 8 teams) after 18 games will advance to the Grand Finals; the 5th to 12th-ranked teams from each group move to Last Chance, while the rest of the teams will be eliminated from the tournament.

Last Chance (December 6-7)

The 16 teams from the Group Stage will compete in the Last Chance, where a total of 12 matches will be played across 2 days. The winner of the Last Chance will move to the Grand Finals, while the rest of the 15 teams will be eliminated.

Grand Finals (December 12-14)

The PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2025 Grand Finals will be played in December, where 16 teams (6 from Gauntlet + 8 from Group Stage + 1 from Last Chance + 1 team from Host Country Invite) will play. A total of 18 matches will be played across 3 days, and the top team from the overall standings after 18 matches will be crowned champion of the PMGC 2025.
