Currently, the 4.2 update is active in the game with the Primewood Genesis Theme mode, and it is now unclear whether the Skyhigh Spectacle theme mode is going to replace the current one or if players will get a chance to enjoy both modes at the same time.

For those who don't know, the Skyhigh Spectacle theme mode was originally released in the game in the 3.1 update in March 2024. This mode features the vibe of the Arabian Nights that transforms the battlegrounds into a magical desert world. These updates change Erangel with many amazing additions. Gamers can enjoy the new utilities like the Genie Grenade and Aladdin’s Portal.
The Genie Grenade will be used in making the protective shield, and the Aladdin Portal allows players to teleport across the map. Players will also get the Flying Carpet vehicle, which they can use to fly across the map, and this is a two-seater vehicle, so you can carry your teammates too.
So in February 2026, gamers will get to enjoy the nostalgic PUBG Mobile Skyhigh Spectacle theme mode, and if developers add it separately, then gamers will get two theme modes to play at the same time.
