Ana Maria Markovic, who is not only known for her football skills but also her beauty, has joined Brooklyn FC in the United Super League (USL) 2025. Her stupendous performances have gained her a contract from the United States’ club. Maria has spent her entire professional career in Europe. Brooklyn will start their second season in the newly-established USL. Preparing for the assignment, the New York-based club made the top signings of Ana Maria and his sister Kiki Maria. Ana was about to be a part of Damainese but she revoked her contract with the Portuguese club.
Ana’s sibling Kiki Maria left FC Rapperswil‑Jona in the Swiss Women’s Super League to be part of the USL club. On her signing with Brooklyn, Ana said, "Signing with Brooklyn FC is an exciting step for me. I’ve played in incredible places, but I can already feel the energy around this club and city. Sharing this experience with my sister makes it even more special, and we’re both here to make an impact on the field.”
Kiki Maria keen to serve her new club
Ana’s sister Kiki Maria has exhibited excitement on becoming a part of the new club. Kiki said that she, along with her sister, will endeavour to be the best in the upcoming tournament. "We’ve been training and competing together our whole lives, and playing side by side in Brooklyn is a dream come true. I can’t wait to fight for this team, connect with the fans, and contribute everything I can to our second season." said Kiki.
Ana Maria possesses around 3 million followers on Instagram while Kiki also has more than 18k followers on the popular social media platform. Recently, both siblings also entered the business world by establishing a Swiss vegan protein water brand called RELOADZ.
