The T20 World Cup is just around the corner. The footsteps of the marquee event can be heard and the last-minute preparations have begun. Although the Indian Premier League fever is on, there would be no time for fans to experience IPL withdrawal symptoms. This is because from October 17 itself - two days after the cash-rich league's final, the T20 world event will commence. Ahead of the ICC tournament, the BCCI has announced there will be a special jersey for the Men in Blue for this competition.

11:15 AM: Big reveal on October 13
The big reveal of India's T20 World Cup trophy is set to happen on October 13. The special jersey will be launched by MPL Sports who are the official kit sponsors of the Indian team till December 2023.
