In the 2014 T20 World Cup, New Zealand registered the fifth-lowest total as they only managed to score 60 runs against Sri Lanka in Chattogram. After restricting the Lankans to 120, New Zealand started decently but couldn't continue this effort despite Kane Williamson's 42. For Sri Lanka, Rangana Herath picked up 5-3 to decimate the Kiwis and bundle them out in 15.3 overs.
