Afghanistan have kicked off their T20 World Cup 2021 campaign in an emphatic style as they absolutely outplayed Scotland in all departments in Sharjah on Monday. After opting to bat first, they posted a mammoth total of 190/5 in 20 overs, which was always going to be challenging target for the opposition. But not many would have predicted the sequence of events in the second half of the contest.

The spin duo of Mujeeb Ur Rahman and Rashid Khan wreaked havoc as Scotland were bundled out on 60, handing Afghanistan a huge 130-run victory in their first match of the mega event. Post their brilliant performance, there were bound to be so many questions for their captain but Mohammad Nabi did not look too excited about the same.

Sabse mushkil kaam hai bhai yeh: Mohammad Nabi

It is no secret to anyone that many players across the globe do not really enjoy talking to the media. The Afghanistan captain certainly looked pretty honest ahead of the post-match press conference on Monday as he hilariously said, “Sabse mushkil kaam hai bhai yeh (This is most difficult job to do)” while he was settling down.

The sequence of events that followed afterwards just gave a glimpse of what happens behind the scenes before any media interaction. Nabi asked, “Kitne questions hain? (How many questions are there) as he presumably looked hoping for the conference to end as early as possible.

He went on to troll himself few moments later as he stated, "5 minutes mei meri English khatam ho jayegi bhai (My English will be over in 5 minutes),” leaving all the viewers of the video in splits. It was undoubtedly quite candid and honest by Mohammad Nabi which is something that fans really loved about the whole footage.

Although Nabi managed to answer all the questions on Monday, he needs to be prepared for so many upcoming press conferences especially if Afghanistan continue their brilliant form throughout the course of the tournament. After a winning start to their campaign, the Afghans will now face Pakistan in a much-awaited contest in Dubai on October 29.
