Sophie Anderson, the adult star, has died at the age of 36, just two weeks after her boyfriend, the former Crystal Palace footballer, Oliver Spedding, 34, passed away. It has been reported that she has been struggling since the death of her boyfriend, who had also played football for Croydon FC, before venturing into the adult entertainment industry.

The couple Sophie Anderson and Oliver Spedding had met each other for the first time while working on the set of an adult film. Known by the alias Damian Oliver in the adult entertainment industry, the former English footballer openly shared some regret about his career choice in July 2022 during a podcast.
Meanwhile, his partner Sophie Anderson, who had found her path into the adult entertainment industry in 2017, went viral the following year for her video with fellow actress Rebecca More. She had called Oliver Spedding her “rock,” while crediting him for helping her to get through the “darkest days” of her life.
Earlier in September, Oliver claimed on social media that Sophie was dead, and allegedly posted the details of her funeral. However, the adult star's friends furiously denied the claims as Rebecca M Jones posted online that cops had assured her Sophie was alive.
Reportedly, Oliver later claimed that he had spent 20 hours in a police cell for spreading the misinformation, which he stated was a "silly drunken joke". Later, he also claimed to have married Sophie, and the two were expecting a baby in a since-deleted tweet.

Rebecca More, the ex-adult star took to her social media account to talk about her friend Sophie Anderson’s death. She wrote, “I’m devastated hearing the awful news of Sophie’s passing. We shared some amazing times and that’s how I’m going to remember her.”
“The bubbly, funny, kind-hearted soul who was outrageous on the outside but also so gentle behind closed doors. We were very close, and we shared a crazy time that was unique to us. That’s how I will remember her. This is so tragic but I know you are now at peace. I will always love you and hold a special place in my heart,” she added.
