Lucknow Super Giants skipper Rishabh Pant had a forgettable season in the ongoing IPL season in 2025. However, he finally looked in great touch in LSG’s last game of the season against Royal Challengers Bengaluru at Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow. LSG are already out of the playoffs but they will look to end their campaign on a winning note.
Coming to bat first after losing the toss, LSG lost their first wicket in the form of Matthew Breetzke at the score of 25 runs in 2.4 overs. After that, Rishabh Pant joined Mitchell Marsh at the crease as duo has already added more than 100 runs together. On the last ball of the 10th overs, Pant completed his half-century in just 32 balls with a boundary.

Rishabh Pant was picked for a whopping INR 27 crore by LSG in the mega auction making him the most expensive player in the tournament. However, the wicketkeeper batter couldn’t show any impact with his bat or captaincy as LSG failed to reach the playoffs of IPL 2025. However, the left-handed finally got a good knock in his last game of the season. After his knock, the fans came up with different reactions on social media.
