The Uruguayan international was a key part of the squad managed by Jurgen Klopp. However, several reports suggest that Nunez is not a key part of the plan of Arne Slot for the upcoming campaign, which is why he could be seen making a move away from Anfield.
According to the latest developments, as per Fabrizio Romano, the Saudi giants Al-Hilal have presented their project and plan to the Uruguayan International, and they are eyeing to sign him from the Reds ahead of the upcoming season. Al-Hilal are set to continue their talks with him, and they are set to hold club-to-club talks with Liverpool in order to understand the financial details of the deal.

However, the runners-up of Saudi Pro league are now the latest team to join the race to sign Darwin Nunez.
Al-Hilal are aiming for the League title under their new manager Simone Inzaghi, who joined the club after reaching the finals of the Champions league with Inter Milan in the previous campaign. Meanwhile, Liverpool are looking to offload some players after completing various transfers in this window.
