According to the reports, Arsenal have reached an agreement to sign the Danish International Christian Norgaard from Brentford. Agreement done club to club after €11m proposal sent yesterday. “Norgaard has been authorized to undergo medical at the Emirates” as per Fabrizio Romano.
Sources have indicated that Mikel Arteta had his eyes set on Norgaard as he is already a Premier league proven player. The 31-year-old is ready for the next chapter in his life with the Gunners, after having spent Six successful seasons with Brentford. Norgaard became a key player for the bees under their former manager Thomas Frank who has now joined Arsenal’s rivals Tottenham Hotspurs in North London.

Recent reports have suggested that Thomas Partey is set to leave Arsenal in the upcoming transfer window, which is why Arsenal have gone all in for Norgaard in order to add to the squad depth and potentially prove to be an asset for the team. Arsenal have already started the transfer window on a high, signing Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad who will boost the strength of the midfield along with the likes of Rice, Merino & Odegaard
