Star New Zealand batter Kane Williamson heaped praise on Pakistan’s Babar Azam and mentioned him as a world class player. Williamson, who is a part of modern fab four along with Virat Kohli, Joe Root, and Steve Smith also urged to add Babar saying that he is now a part of the fab-five. The Kiwi batter also hailed Babar for his consistent form across all format of the game

Many experts believe that the fab-four club should be expanded to fab-five looking to Babar Azam’s form. "Babar Azam is certainly a part of the ‘Fab Four’ or ‘Fab Five,’ which consists of some of the finest players in the game. He is a world-class batter who consistently delivers for his team," Kane Williamson was quoted as saying by Crictracker.

The pitch was definitely a better surface to bat: Kane Williamson on his match winning hundred vs South Africa

Kane Williamson recently showed a great form when he smashed a match-winning century against South Africa in Lahore to qualify for the final of the ongoing ODI tri-series in Pakistan. Chasing a target of 305 runs, Williamson scored an unbeaten 133*(113) runs as New Zealand chased the target in 48.4 to register their second consecutive win of the series.

"The pitch was definitely a better surface [to bat] today. For whatever reason, I'm not sure. That's part of some of the good learnings, really - different times of the day going into the evening. It came onto the bat quite nicely and it still took a little bit of turn. So it's quite interesting; it's the sort of wicket where if you're able to get breakthroughs, you can apply some pressure. But it was nice we were able to build those partnerships and break the back of the chase,” Williamson on his match-winning knock.
