Pakistan cricket team captain Babar Azam uploaded a video of teammate Azam Khan, where he was seen wiping sweat off his forehead using currency notes. Pakistan are currently touring England for a four-match T20I series starting May 22, Wednesday. The first match of the series is scheduled at Headingley, Leeds. Ahead of the series opener , Pakistan captain Babar Azam and teammate Azam found themselves in hot water after one of their videos went viral on social media.
Babar posted a video on his Snapchat, where Azam Khan could be seen wiping sweat off his forehead. Babar could be heard asking Azam, “Abba, kya hua hai? Garmi hai?”, to which Khan replied, “Bahot zayada garmi hai” and then wiped his forehead with British currency notes. Babar and others were heard laughing at Azam’s act.

The video didn't sit well with the fans, and they took to social media to slam the cricketer for the same.
In the T20 World Cup 2024, Pakistan will begin their campaign against USA on June 6.
