Team India clinched another U19 World Cup title by beating England U19 with 4 wickets at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua. Notably, this is India's fifth record title win. Firstly, India's bowlers stole the show with their extraordinary bowling spells. Later, while chasing 190 runs, Indian batters played steady innings to ensure victory in a thrilling final.

Raj Bawa emerged as the standout performer in the match as he clinched five wickets in the game and later built a crucial 50-run partnership with Nishant Sindhu. However, it was Dinesh Bana who went for a maximum to cross the winning mark. Following Team India's historic victory in West Indies, BCCI was quick to shower praise on the players and announced a cash reward of Rs. 40 lakhs per player and Rs. 25 lakhs per support staff. Taking to Twitter, BCCI president Sourav Ganguly and secretary Jay Shah congratulated the team and players for their brilliant show in the tournament.

Announcing the cash reward for the players and support staff, Jay Shah wrote on Twitter, "I’m pleased to announce the reward of 40 lacs per player and 25 lacs per support staff for the U19 #TeamIndia contingent for their exemplary performance in #U19CWCFinal."

The BCCI president also appreciated the winning team and players for "Absolutely breathtaking and tremendous skills under pressure," during the high-stake game. However, team India's historic victory prompted many cricket veterans to shower praise over players and congratulate them for their complete dominance in the finals.
