The semifinals of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2023 will kickstart on October 4, 2023. The semifinals stage of the tournament will see 32 teams from Round 4 and the Losers Bracket, fighting to secure their spot in the finale. After battling in a round-robin format for four days, the top 16 teams will advance to the summit stage, i.e. Grand Finals.
All the 32 teams that will participate in the semifinal round of the BGIS 2023, have been divided into four groups, with each consisting of four teams. Out of those 32 teams, 16 will make it to the next and final round of the tournament. While the semifinal will be conducted from October 4 to October 7, the finale will take place in an offline Lan event in Mumbai, starting on October 12.
The makers of BGMI, KRAFTON India, collaborated with JioCinema to livestream the official BGIS. The fans can enjoy the exciting matches of BGIS 2023 on the JioCinema and Krafton India Esports YouTube channel, which will be streamed from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. as per the schedule.
Day 1 of the semifinals will kick off at 1:30 p.m., while the second and third matches will start off at 2:15 and 3:00 p.m. Speaking of matches 4, 5, and 6 on Day 1, they are scheduled to start at 3:45 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 5:15 p.m.
