Battlegrounds Mobile India caster Mazy revealed that the BGIS 2024 will be equipped with a 10-point system. The 2024 edition of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) is likely to go live in March 2024, and with just a month to go for the highly-anticipated competition, reports have it that it will have the point system, which PUBG Mobile has been using since the beginning of 2023. This will be the first time that it will be used in a BGMI tournament. 

The reason behind introducing the points system is to boost competitive spirit among the participating teams as well as excitement among the fans. The BGIS 2024 is going to be the first official BGMI event of 2024, and it will have several prominent names from the market participating in it. The competition has used a 15-point system, but the new edition will have a 10-point system that would compel the teams to participate more fiercely. 

As per the system, 10 points will be allotted to the winning team, while six and five points will be awarded to the teams standing second and third, respectively. Following them, teams that will finish fourth, fifth, and sixth positions will get four, three, and two points, respectively. Teams that would end from ninth to sixteenth positions won’t get any points.
