BGMI 2.7 Update: Dragon Ball Super and BGMI collaboration to come out in August

The collaboration will drop during the BGMI 2.7 update and will feature skins, emotes and items inspired by the popular series.

BGMI will be collaborating with popular anime series Dragon Ball Super in the upcoming update, which will feature a huge amount of new content for players to enjoy. Fans of Dragon Ball will be particularly excited to see the themed content as they play their beloved game in the guise of their favourite anime characters. The content will feature not only new characters and locations but also new items and emotes to provide a truly immersive and unique collaborative experience. 


The collaboration will drop during the BGMI 2.7 update and will feature skins, emotes and items inspired by the popular series. Available for a limited time, players will be able to complete quests in order to win prizes and exclusive rewards. The colorful world of Dragon Ball is a good fit with BGMI, as it offers a refreshing and new take on the BGMI aesthetic. 

What all will be in store in BGMI 2.7 Update?


New character s: Players will have the ability to play as iconic characters from the Dragon Ball Super series including favourites like Goku and Vegeta, along with other classics such as Gohan and Frieza. Each character not only allows the player to customise as their favourite, but will also have unique abilities which fit their personalities and in-universe powers.


New locations: Players will be able to play in new locations which are inspired by Dragon Ball including iconic locations like Capsule Corp and the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. 


New items: Players will be able to use Dragon Ball items as power ups including the Power Pole, Senzu beans and the Dragon Balls themselves.


New emotes: Players will have the ability to use new emotes such as the Kamehameha wave and the Spirit Bomb, mimicking classic moves from the series.


This is just the tip of the iceberg as far as available content for the update goes, and players will have access to a ton of other content including Ki energy, Dragon radars, Poi Poi capsules and Shenron’s Dragon Altar, which can be visited by the player after collecting all seven dragon balls. Once the altar is visited with seven balls, the player can choose between three wishes offered by the dragon.
