UFC star Conor McGregor has reportedly been accused of sexually assaulting a woman at game four of the NBA Finals earlier this month. The alleged incident took place at the Kaseya Center in Miami and the woman accused him of ‘violently’ assaulting her in the men’s bathroom of the arena after the Denver Nuggets defeated the Miami Heat 108-95 on June 9.

TMZ reported that it obtained demand letters authored by Ariel Mitchell, a South Florida-based Attorney representing the alleged victim, that were sent to McGregor, the NBA and the Miami Heats this week. According to the reports, the demand letters allege that NBA and Miami Heat security helped separate the woman from her friend and took her to the washroom where the assault happened.
Gregor was present in the game for a promotional event of his Tidl Sport recovery spray. Not only this, but the 34-year-old UFC great also participated in a halftime skit where he punched a Heat mascot multiple times. In the letters Mitchell claimed, “security refused to let [the woman] exit or allow anyone else, including her friend, inside the bathroom." Not only this, but Gregor is also accused of pinning the woman against the wall and forcefully assaulting her.
However, McGregor’s representatives declined the accusations and in an official statement said, "allegations are false." Not only this, but they also said, "Mr. McGregor will not be intimidated.” Apart from that, Miami Heat also released a statement and said that the organisation is aware of the allegations and is conducting a full investigation. The NBA also released a statement and said, "We are aware of the allegations and are working with the team to gather more information."
