Back in January 2021, a video was posted on X which claimed Rohit Sharma along with Shubman Gill, Rishabh Pant, and two other players visited an eatery house in Melbourne on New Year’s day during India tour of Australia 2019-20. Later it was clarified by BCCI that players were allowed to eat outside, following social distancing norms but it was too late for the clarification as fans earlier came on Rohit heavily for breaching the bio-bubble.
