MS Dhoni is the longest serving T20I captain of the Indian cricket team. He was appointed as Team India skipper ahead of the T20 World Cup in 2007 and led the young team to the title in the inaugural edition of the tournament. Dhoni has led India in 72 T20I matches from 2007 to 2016, out of which India won 41 and lost 28 matches.
