Real Madrid's most celebrated midfielder Casemiro is all set to leave the club and join Manchester United after the deal was completed on Monday and was unveiled as a United player, prior to the brilliant 2-1 win over Liverpool. The move didn't just shock the Real Madrid fans but also evoked Real Madrid midfielder Federico Valverde's girlfriend Mina Bonino to express her disappointment in an explosive-filled message to Casemiro.

The Brazilian made 336 appearances across competitions in almost a decade at the Bernabeu and was a key member of the side that won five Champions League titles. Despite Caemiro being amongst the most the respectable members in the club, Valverde's girlfriend could not control her emotion as she sent him a What's App message requesting not to leave. However, her words grabbed much attention as she used not-so-appropriate words in her message. "Dont leave, you sh** bas***d" read her message. Mina Bonino even tweeted the screenshot of her message.

Speaking of Casemiro's transfer, the Red Devils have completed the signing of the tenacious midfielder on an initial four-year deal for a fee potentially worth up to £70m. The Manchester United manager Erik Tan Hag has described Casemiro as cement which would help glue his midfield together.

"He has won so many trophies and knows how you win games and finally how you win trophies. We now have enough players in our camp who know how to win trophies, they will be the guiding force for all the players and it help them to understand how to win games. We did really well today compared to last week so we make a step [forward], but it is what you have to deliver every day and, in every game," Hag said post-match.

Even Casemiro admitted that he could not resist the temptation of a new challenge. "The opportunity to start a new challenge at Manchester United and in the Premier League is extremely exciting. I have worked with many great managers in my career and meeting with Erik has helped me to understand what he expects from me," he was quoted as per the Manchester United website.
