There have been many instances when lookalikes of sportspersons have been spotted. But these doppelgangers look like the current version of the sportsperson. However, in the recently concluded Test match between England and Pakistan, a lookalike of Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah’s younger version was spotted in the crowd. The young boy who seemed to be a Pakistani national was spotted cheering for the home team.

The pictures of the young boy went viral in no time. In one of the pictures, the cameraman spots the boy while he watches the match. In the second picture, the kid is seen waving his hands at the camera after noticing it’s on him. “JASPRIT BUMRAH lite spotted in Pakistan!” wrote a user while sharing these pictures on Twitter.

Notably, this is for the second time that someone looking like Jasprit Bumrah has been spotted in Pakistan. A similar incident happened at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore during a match of the Independence Cup back in 2017.

Coming to the real Jasprit Bumrah, the Indian fast bowler is currently out of cricketing action. Bumrah has not played a game since playing a T20I against Australia back in October. The right-arm pacer has been struggling with his back as of late but is expected to make a comeback soon.

Pakistan lose Test series

Talking about the match where Jasprit Bumrah lite was spotted, England won it by 26 runs. The Ben Stokes-led team bundled Pakistan for 328 in the second innings to clinch the match. With this win, England also took an unassailable lead of 2-0 in the three-match series. Mark Wood was the hero for England as the pacer provided two crucial breakthroughs to turn the tide in England’s favour.

Although Wood’s dismissal of Saud Shakeel was controversial, the England pacer put in too much effort to produce something on a dead pitch for pacers. Wood bagged four wickets in total to help England restrict Pakistan well short of the target.
