After ICC Champions Trophy 2025 saw defending champions Pakistan go down against New Zealand at the National Stadium in Karachi, Rohit Sharma-led Team India kickstarted their campaign with a win against Bangladesh in Dubai. On Sunday, February 23, the much-anticipated clash between India and Pakistan will be played at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai.
Ahead of the clash, Pakistan all-rounder Khushdil Shah acknowledged India’s strength while firmly believing that Pakistan can beat their rivals if they perform at their best. “India has a good, strong team, but every team is beatable, and India too can be defeated. If we bring our A-game, then we can beat India. The belief is there, and if there is belief, then we can make things happen,” Khushdil Shah told Telecom Asia.

We can beat India if we play well so don’t rule out as yet.” The Pakistan all-rounder also emphasised that handling the pressure in the crucial match will nbe key for the side as he added, “When India and Pakistan play, the whole world watches. The team that manages pressure better wins, and we are used to it. We have lost one match but we still are in the tournament. We can beat India if we play well so don’t rule us out.”
