The Netherlands and Qatar will lock horns against each other in their final group-stage fixture of the FIFA World Cup 2022. The Dutch side has been leading Group A after two positive results in the opening two games. Whereas the Qatari team were the first to be eliminated from the global tournament after losses against Senegal and Ecuador.

Team news:

Netherlands

No injuries have been reported from the Netherlands.

Qatar

There are no injury concerns in Qatar's squad.

Analysis:

The Netherlands have looked like one of the most dominant teams in the tournament so far. The Dutch outplayed their toughest group opponent Senegal but faltered away against an emerging Ecuador team. Oranje took an early lead but conceded an equaliser in the second half to settle for a draw. Midfield maestro Frenkie de Jong has been their best player along with Cody Gakpo, who has scored twice so far for the Dutch.

Whereas for Qatar, the tournament has been extremely disappointing so far. The host nation lost both their games and was the first team to be eliminated from the World Cup. In both these losses, the Qatari team was outclassed but they managed to score their first World Cup goal against Senegal. Akram Afif and Almoez Ali have been their top performers throughout the tournament.
