India etched history once again as its third lunar mission, Chandrayaan 3 successfully completed a soft-landing on the Moon on Wednesday, 23 August 2023. With this, the country also became the fourth nation to make a soft landing on the satellite of the earth.

The landing scheduled to be completed at 6:04 pm IST on Wednesday was made successful as the last 20 minutes also dubbed by many as ‘20 minutes of terror’ came to an end on a positive note. This news not only brought joy to the people behind this project, but even to the general masses of the Indian sub-continent.  

Some of the cricketing sensations from the country also took to share their joy and congratulate on the success of this mission. Here are some of the reactions.

It is to be further noted that with this, India also became the first nation to reach the celestial body’s South Pole.
