The Formula One season 2023 has reached Round 16 with Red Bull dominating in most of the races so far in the season. But with seven more races left after the Singapore Grand Prix for the 2023 season to conclude, there are chances that Red Bull Racing might take their sixth Constructors’ Championships title.
With a difference of 310 points between Red Bull and Mercedes, the Honda giants are comfortably sitting on the top with a total 583 points. Although they remain the favourites to clinch the Constructors’ title this year, here are the permutations possible for Red Bull to secure it at the Singapore GP 2023.
Firstly, Red Bull drivers Sergio Perez and two-time champion Max Verstappen need to finish 1-2 at the Marina Bay Circuit on Sunday, 17th September and pipe Mercedes from scoring. If this does not happen, the Red Bull drivers still have to take the 1/2 finish, along with claiming the fastest lap at the Singapore Grand Prix. If it comes to the second instance, they will have to restrict Mercedes to score not more than one point.
However, this scenario might be difficult to foresee this time at the Singapore Grand Prix as both Perez and Verstappen will start outside the top 10. While the Dutch driver will start from 11th place, Sergio Perez will take the 13th place in the starting grid.
