South Africa registered their fourth victory of ODI World Cup 2023 with a thumping 149-run victory against Bangladesh at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. South Africa batting first on this pitch posted a huge total of 382/5 in 50 overs with the help of stunning century from wicket-keeper batsman Quinton de Kock and also quick-fire knocks from Heinrich Klaasen and David Miller in death overs played a pivotal role in this game.

Bangladesh were completely outplayed by Proteas as they were reduced to 81/6 in 22 overs in the run-chase but a solid century from Mahmudullah helped them to post a decent total of 233 runs on board. Among South African bowlers Gerald Coetzee was seen picking three wickets with the ball, while others like Marco Jansen, Lizaad Williams and Kagiso Rabada picked two wickets to their name each.
