Australia continued to dominate India on day 2 of the WTC 2023 final, as they managed to end their first innings on a high note. While they put 469 runs on the board, they also restricted the Indian side to a total of 151/5. Among Indian bowlers, Siraj ended up picking four wickets, while Shami and Thakur picked two wickets each. 

Indian batters failed to play the Australian pace bowling attack as their top order completely failed and only Jadeja managed to score 48 runs with the bat. At the end of Day 2, all the Australian bowlers have one wicket each to their name.
