Preview:

Hyderabad and Bangalore will play each other for the second time in the season on Sunday. The last time these two teams met earlier in the season it was a forgettable outing for Bangalore as they were bowled out for just 68 before Hyderabad reached their target in just 8 overs. While Bangalore would want to avenge that loss, Hyderabad would be up for the challenge and would fancy their chances given their better head-to-head record against this opposition.

Analysis:

Hyderabad have been helped by their bowling attack comprising of the likes of Umran Malik, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and T Natarajan among a bunch of other options. However, with T Natrajan missing the last game due to an injury concern and Washington Sundar who once again injured his hand, the balance might again be trickier to find for the Orange Army. The middle-order has done well too with Aiden Markram and Nicholas Pooran taking the responsibilities.

Abhishek Sharma and Rahul Tripathi have had their moments too in the tournament but it is the form of Kane Williamson which can easily propel them to one of the teams to beat. Their captain hasn't scored as many runs as the team would like from an experienced campaigner like him and he too would be wanting to prove himself with the bat.

For Bangalore, Virat Kohli might have got back among the runs but the strike rate hasn't been dominant. Faf du Plessis has played a few good innings but there has been a dip in the other matches. Dinesh Karthik got off to a flying start to the season but hasn't been able to bail his team in the last few innings.

Even though Glenn Maxwell hasn't tasted as much success with the bat, he has been handy with the ball. Wanindu Hasaranga and Josh Hazlewood have been their wicket-takers with the ball with Mohammed Siraj proving a bit expensive in a few matches. Harshal Patel has also been spot on with his variations especially when the pitch has offered a bit of grip.

Pro Tip- Keep an eye on the injury update of T Natarajan who could be an automatic entry into the Fantasy team, if deemed fit for the match.
