SRH have been inconsistent this season as they couldn’t maintain their form for more than two matches. A morale-boosting last-ball win over Rajasthan Royals in their last match would do them some good. Abdul Samad finished off the chase with a six as Hyderabad won by four wickets. Abhishek Sharma and Heinrich Klaasen are in great form with the bat, now they need their captain Aiden Markram to step up as well. They have lost both of their games against LSG so far.
Lucknow Super Giants have lost two of their key players in KL Rahul and Mark Wood, which has upset the team combination a bit. The Super Giants lost their last game against Gujarat Titans by a big margin of 56 runs. This loss has negatively affected the net run rate and might cost them in the race to the top four. LSG won the reverse fixture by five wickets at the Ekana Stadium in early April but they haven’t faced Hyderabad at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium yet so it will be interesting how it will unfold.
