Ravindra Jadeja, the star all-rounder for Chennai Super Kings and Team India, was recently spotted getting pleasantly surprised by a fan’s painting of himself in Chennai. He went on to give an autograph on the painting and shared his words of appreciation to the fan for his splendid artwork.
Yash Prajapati, the artist who created the painting, took to Instagram to share the heartwarming moment recorded on video with everyone. He thanked Ravindra Jadeja for his kind gesture, which meant a lot to him. The fan also opined that your work pays off at the end.

In the fan video, Ravindra Jadeja was quoted as saying about the fan painting, “It’s very good, I really like it.”
The 34-year-old, who is currently taking part in the Indian Premier League 2023 season for Chennai Super Kings, has played reasonably well for the franchise in this year’s tournament. With the bat, Jadeja hasn’t set the stage alight thus far, as he has managed to score only 133 runs in 13 matches at a poor strike-rate of 127.88, especially as a middle-order batter.
Meanwhile, in the bowling side of things, Ravindra Jadeja is currently the second highest wicket-taker for CSK in the current IPL season, behind Tushar Deshpande. The left-arm spinner has played 13 matches thus far, in which he took 16 wickets at a very good economy of 7.22.
In the final league stage game of this year’s tournament, Chennai Super Kings will play against Delhi Capitals on May 20 with the playoffs spot potentially on the line for the visitors. With that in mind, Jadeja would be looking to make a match-winning impact as a spinner on a tough Delhi pitch to help CSK secure top 4 spot in the IPL.
