Litton Das, the Bangladesh wicketkeeper batter, has been ruled out of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 after suffering a finger injury in the build-up to the first match of the tournament for Karachi Kings. The 30-year-old took to his official Facebook account to announce that he picked up the injury in the practice session in preparation for the PSL 2025, and after scans revealed a hairline fracture on his finger, he had to bow out of the tournament without playing a single match.
Notably, Karachi Kings are slated to take on Multan Sultans on Saturday, April 12, at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi, and with the exit of Litton Das from the squad, the team management will have to sign a new overseas player for the remainder of the PSL 2025 season. After bowing out of the tournament in the league stage in the last three seasons, they will have to improve by leaps and bounds as a team, to win the title for the second time in history.
