- Indian cricketer KL Rahul is all set to marry his longtime girlfriend and Bollywood Actress Athiya Shetty. The couple is reportedly set to tie the knot on 23 January. For the same reason, Rahul is not taking part in the ongoing India-New Zealand white-ball series. It’s reported that Rahul and Athiya will get married in Khandala but the exact location is still unknown, or Athiya’s father Suniel Shetty might have just revealed it.
The Bollywood actor has dropped a massive hint about the location where Rahul and Athiya are set to tie the knot. Suniel shared a video of his lavish mansion in Khandala where the wedding ceremony is set to take place. While Sunil and his wife Mana Shetty have already started their preparations at the place, Rahul’s parents will be reaching the location soon.
The place is called Jashan Bungalow and is nothing short of a spectacular resort. The mansion is adorned with a lot of plants and a lavish-looking swimming pool. There is also a stream flowing within the mansion, a narrow canal. Apart from eight bedrooms, the Jashan bungalow also boasts a huge façade. Outdoor festivities of the wedding will likely take place in this spacious area.
About the number of guests at the wedding, it’s reported that the couple wants only family and friends. Sunil had confirmed it to Bollywood Bubble a few days back. “They are a couple that wants to have it really small, very simple and only family. Finally, it is their wish and as a parent, I would only want the best for them,” Sunil had said.
Notably, Rahul and Athiya had been dating for a while now. The couple has been pretty open about its relationship, sharing pictures on social media quite often.
