Indian leg-spinner Amit Mishra has not shied away from speaking his mind on social media. Particularly in recent times, the ex-Delhi Capitals star has been upped his game on social media, coming up with hilarious replies to posts and witty comments that have kept him in the news. And now Mishra has taken a dig at former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi.

Mishra did not hold himself back after Afridi tweeted his support for terrorist Yasin Malik and even urged the intervention of the United Nations into the matter.

"India's continued attempts to silence critical voices against its blatant human right abuses are futile. Fabricated charges against #YasinMalik will not put a hold to #Kashmir's struggle to freedom. Urging the #UN to take notice of unfair & illegal trails against Kashmir leaders," Afridi had tweeted.

However, responding to Afridi's tweet, Mishra pointed out that Malik himself has pleaded guilty and not everything was misleading like the retired cricketer's birthday.

"Dear @safridiofficial he himself has pleaded guilty in court on record. Not everything is misleading like your birthdate. ??? ," Mishra tweeted.

Here is Mishra's reply to Afridi's tweet:

Notably, Afridi has publicly announced that he had forged the documents for official age as a cricketer. While the official records suggested he was born in 1980, his autobiography claimed that he was born in 1975. However, in a tweet on March 1, 2021, Afridi thanked fans for wishes on his 44th birthday which further led to confusion over his real age.

While he should have been 41 as per official records in 2021 and 46 as per his autobiography, the fact that he mentioned 44 led to more drama as his real date of birth remains a mystery.
