After 3 matches in the inaugural of the Pacific Premier League, three more matches were played in the tournament on Day 2. In the first game of the day at the Pacific Sports Complex, Karanpur, it was the Team USA Global up against the Team Pacific Organic.

Team Pacific Organic won the toss & elected to bat and posted what turned out to be a match-winning 141/9. Hitesh Pakhrot was the leading run-scorer for the Pacific Organic side as he scored a brilliant 42 off 28 balls with the help of 3 fours and a six. Rahul Khandelwal 30 (23) and Laukeek Suryawanshi 24 (33) were the other top contributors with the bat for Pacific Organic.

Chirag Ramchandani was the pick of the bowlers for USA Global as he scalped 3 wickets for 20 in his 4 overs but his efforts went in vain as the team's batting effort ended up 14-runs short of the Pacific Organic total. Shiva Chauhan (37) made the highest individual score for USA Global but couldn't help his side cross the line.

Pacific Organic's bowling led by Mahendra Choudhary (3/20) was effective and successful in helping them restrict their score.

In the second match of the day, it was Team Gold Sports locking horns with Team Mahendra Club. Much like the first game of the day at the same venue in Pacific Sports Complex, Karanpur, the captain winning the toss had opted to bat but Team Gold Sports 11 could not score as many runs.

In fact, they got bowled out for just 107 with Gaurav Manglani top-scoring for them with 33. Sachin Yadav was the star performer with the ball for Mahendra Club and was later adjudged the Player of the Match for his spell of 4/20 from 4 overs which broke the spine of the Gold Sports 11 batting.

While they did not particularly have a mountain to climb, Mahendra Club reached their target in 17.1 overs winning the match by 7 wickets.

In the final match of the day between Team Central Public School vs Team Marvellous-Sojatia, the latter emerged victorious. As was the trend, Team Marvellous-Sojatia won the toss & elected to bat. However, they managed to put on a competitive 165/4, thanks to a splendid effort from Sourabh Chouhan who scored 77 from 51 balls with the help of 7 fours and 3 sixes. Dhairya Rajendrabhai Patel and Rohan Rajbhar made useful contributions.

As many as 8 bowling options were used by Team Central Public School but Rajat Chapperwal was the best of the lot, picking 2 for 18. In the run chase, Central Public School came close but could only muster 162/9 in their 20 overs, handing Marvellous-Sojatia a 3-run victory.

Bharat Singh Choudhary (68 off 46) and Yashwant Dangi (38 off 26) tried hard but could not aid the team over the finish line. Kartikeyan Pal (3 for 22) and Karan Dave (3 for 32) were the best bowlers on the day for the winning side.
