Ahead of the Miami Grand Prix 2023, actress Michelle Rodriguez rode around the track with McLaren driver Lando Norris. The actress got a Pirelli hot lap around the track at the Miami International Autodrome in a McLaren 720. After this, The F1 driver Lando Norris jokingly revealed his experience and said that this lap was more difficult than driving his race car. The driver bought a McLaren 765LT recently which he plans to use as a daily driver. In a recent video by McLaren, he also suggested that he hasn’t driven the new car yet and that he loves his 15 HP Fiat Jolly.
Rodriguez was also very vocal inside the car and exclaimed after that it was the ‘best ride of her life’. After completing two laps she was asked about the adrenaline-filled experience and she joked about Norris’ young age as she said, “I was blaming on the fact that he doesn’t have his prefrontal cortex fully grown yet. So that’s why he gave me the best ride ever. Peed my pants a couple of times. The guy's amazing.”
Rodriguez wasn’t the only star at the race as her co-star Vin Diesel was also present along with Patrick Mahomes, Roger Federer, and several other sporting celebrities. Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez notably made a video promoting the Miami Grand Prix.
Max Verstappen beat his Red Bull teammate Sergio Perez at the Miami Grand Prix. Verstappen clocked 1:27:38:241 to gain 26 points and solidify his lead at the top of the Driver’s Championship with 119 points. Red Bull are comfortably leading in the Constructors' Championship with 224 points with Aston Martin taking the second spot with 102 points.
