Sports once again have started to gain popularity in the lives of people, given the fact that they not only make up for a perfect leisure activity but also an excellent way to stay fit. There are a few popular sports that people enjoy playing on a regular basis, and then there is cricket. The popularity of this game speaks for itself and needless to say, it is literally every age group’s favourite game. This sport has its own way to entertain people, and one such example is a recent video that has gone viral on social media.
In a video that has been doing rounds on social media, a group of youngsters could be seen enjoying a game of cricket. Interestingly, the game was being played on a football ground, depicting the fact that fun-cricket games can literally be played anywhere. However, what seemed to be a regular game took a hilarious turn when the batter ran for a single with his gaze fixed on the ball and accidentally hit a football goal post. The player immediately sat down, and while the other players ran to check upon him, one of the fielders couldn’t help himself but burst out laughing.

Speaking of the current scenario in world cricket, India is all set to take on West Indies in their next tour comprising two Test matches, three ODIs, and a five-match T20I series commencing from July 12. On the other hand, England and Australia will clash in the second Test of the Ashes from June 28. The first Test ended with the Aussies clinching victory by two wickets.
