Indian top-order batter Shubman Gill has finally broken the jinx as he scored his first international century in the third ODI against Zimbabwe at the Harare Sports Club in Harare. Gill came into bat at number three and hit the ground running immediately. The Fazilka-born star kicked off with a plethora of boundaries and finished up with 130 in just 97 balls. 


Gill also smashed 15 boundaries and one six as he registered the highest score by any Indian batter in Zimbabwe. The Gujarat Titans batter also entered the club of elite players with the likes of Kapil Dev, Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul to score their maiden century against Zimbabwe.
