Notably, this partnership between Rachin Ravindra and Daryl Mitchell proved to be the highest in India versus New Zealand contest at the World Cup for any wicket. Sunil Gavaskar and Kris Srikanth’s 136 in Nagpur in 1987 was previously the highest in the India versus New Zealand World Cup event.
